Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free. Any other options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our supplier's warehouse and may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery timing varies by item and destination; any estimate at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If you need an item by a specific date, contact theretroaura@gmail.com before ordering. We email tracking when the carrier provides it.

Duties and taxes

Taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, the carrier or customs may charge import duties or fees on delivery. Contact us before ordering if you'd like us to check for your address.

Delays and missing parcels

If an order is delayed or can't be shipped, we'll contact you and explain your cancellation and refund options. If tracking stops updating, an order is overdue or a parcel marked delivered can't be found, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. Your consumer rights are unaffected.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address before paying. Email us quickly to request a change or cancellation; this may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
