Where we deliver

Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free. Enter your address at checkout to see the options before payment.

How long delivery takes

Orders are fulfilled from our supplier's warehouse. Timing varies by item and destination, and any estimate at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Need it for a particular day? Ask us before ordering.

Tracking and parcels

Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. We email tracking when the carrier provides it. If tracking stops updating or an order is late, email us and we'll chase it.
